What is COY?
The Conference of Youth (COY) is the annual event hosted by YOUNGO, the official youth constituency of the UNFCCC. It serves as a precursor to the COP, bringing together thousands of young people from across the globe.
It is a space for youth to strengthen their capacity, refine their advocacy, and contribute directly to the Global Youth Statement (GYS), ensuring that the next generation's demands are heard by world leaders.
